Avi Steinlauf

CEO

Avi leads myTrudy's vision, strategy and go-to-market. As the former CEO of Edmunds, he transformed the company into one of the most trusted consumer marketplaces in automotive retail which was ultimately sold to CarMax in 2021.  With over 20 years of experience in consumer technology and data-driven businesses, Avi brings deep expertise in scaling platforms, building strategic partnerships, and fostering customer trust through product innovation.

Avi holds a M.B.A. in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University.

Peter Steinlauf

Chairman

In 1995, Peter Steinlauf launched New Cars, Used Cars, Car Reviews and Pricing | Edmunds which has become the pre-eminent online automotive shopping destination. Before acquiring Edmunds Publications Corp in the 1980s, Mr. Steinlauf owned and operated Independent Outdoor Advertising, Inc. Earlier in his career he was a staff member at the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C.

An avid purveyor of data, he currently endeavors to drive transformative change to the talent recruitment landscape through the application of psychometric data to job searching.

Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic

Science Advisor

Dr. Tomas Chamorro-Premuzic is an international authority in people analytics, talent management, leadership development, and the Human-AI interface. He is the Chief Innovation Officer at Manpower Group, co-founder of Deeper Signals and Metaprofiling, and Professor of Business Psychology at both University College London, and Columbia University.

Dr. Tomas has published 10 books and over 200 scientific papers, making him one of the most prolific social scientists of his generation.

Seymour Adler

Science Advisor

Dr. Seymour Adler has been awarded the Distinguished Professional Contribution Award from the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology in recognition of his career-long and global impact on talent assessment and development practice.

He has consulted with leading organizations around the world, been on the doctoral faculty at New York University, Hofstra University, Purdue University and Stevens Institute of Technology, and published widely in the scientific and practitioner literatures.
